  20. We use Kermit all the time for occasional machine-machine transfers. 
  21. Suddenly, after upgrading one system from SYS5R4 to 4.2 Kermit has 
  22. developed an unhealthy attitude. It starts a transfer fine, but 
  23. invariably enters a retry phase which terminates with the message "Too 
  24. many NAKs". Every time, even with small files and small packet sizes. 
  25. I've recompiled it of course, and also tried different physical ports 
  26. at both ends. Same thing. Every time.

  28. Has anybody ever seen this message before (and found a solution) ? Any 
  29. help appreciated.
